I fell in love with the Jewelry that you made, but I was very disappointed in my monster Shell it seems like I got the two shelves that you had. I know you tried to make it right but two shelves in a row with all rice ? I have watched you for quite some months and all the monsters then my name came along, and I got two duds then ever since my shells you have been opening monsters that have very nice pearls in them personally, I wanted to place another larger order, but I’m kind of scared to do so but thank you very much. The Jewelry is very nice, but I can’t really do anything with the other pearls.

Our Monster Oysters are guaranteed to contain 20–30 natural pearls plus one Edison, but the shapes of the natural pearls inside are completely by chance.
During your recorded opening, we weren’t satisfied with the first Monster ourselves, so before you had even seen your video, we made the decision to open a second Monster for you at no additional charge. Unfortunately, chance gave us another Monster that was also unusually heavy in rice pearls.
We wish we could control the assortment inside, but that genuine mystery is part of every Monster opening. What we can control is how we take care of our customers, which is why we opened the second one when we felt the first wasn't up to our expectations.

It was fun watching the monster being opened and discovering all the pearls. What I was disappointed about was how small all the pearls were and that the Edison had 3 brown spots on it.
I love watching the Blue Family open oysters. My monster oyster was exactly what I needed for a birthday present. All my pearls came in an adorable little bag and all together. They are perfect.
